Intro to Pole
If you have never taken a pole dance class, this is the class for you. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of pole dance from walking around the pole to basic spins and floor work. This class will get you ready for level 1 classes.
Connect with your sassy, sexy side! This style focuses on strength-building, flexibility, and floor work – and passion. Heels are recommended but not required.
In this level 2-3 class we will learn dance combinations on the pole while focusing on flow. The class combines work on pole tricks, floor work, spins, transitions, and gorgeous dance moves.
In this class we will focus on challenging combinations of tricks and spins on the pole as well as beautiful floor work, this is a level 2-and-up class.
This class is a full body conditioning and strengthening workout, on the pole! It is designed to improve functional strength, flexibility and co-ordination, for all levels. This class will take you to the next level in no time!
Level 1 - Beginner
After you have taken the Intro class one or two times, Pole Level 1 will take you to the next level. In this level we will focus on spins, climbs and smooth transitions. In addition, you’ll get a full body workout and build strength and stamina.
Level 2 - Intermediate
Ready to fly? This is the class for you. Pole Level 2 is designed for those who are working on basic spins and climbs, and who are ready to step it up – literally and figuratively. This class will teach basic inversions and more advanced climbs, spins and floor work.
Level 3 - Advanced
Read to be transformed? For students who feel comfortable with inversions, climbing, leg hangs, spinny pole and all Level 2 inversions, this class is designed to make you stronger, more elegant, and fierce as ever. You will learn beautiful combos and how to put it all together seamlessly.
